Deliver

Run a four-week Sentinel pilot, partner-led. At £8–15k per month you survey the assets, capture the evidence, and stand up a live operating picture the client uses from week one. We support you on the first ones.

Convert the pilot into an annual contract and grow across the client’s sites. The methodology repeats, the platform compounds, and the relationship becomes recurring — for both you and the client.
