Terms & Conditions

Who these terms are with
Virtus Nemeton Ltd (“we”, “us”), company number 17181232, registered in England and Wales, registered office 24 Dymchurch Avenue, Radcliffe, Manchester, England, M26 1BB. By subscribing to a solution or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Each solution (Local Data Vault, Local Business Workflow Assistant, Council Operations Assistant) is a workspace tied to your organisation: a tenant, membership and permission model, and — for B01/C01 — an AI-drafting workflow. Every AI-generated draft is held for review; nothing is sent, submitted, or acted on without a named person on your team approving it. We don't warrant that AI-generated drafts are accurate or complete — that's exactly why human review is built into the product, not optional.
Accounts
Access is via a passwordless email sign-in link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for who you add as a member of your workspace — workspace owners can add and revoke members at any time.
Subscriptions and payment
Each solution has a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, shown in full before you check out. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds: [to confirm] — decide and publish an actual policy here (e.g. cancel any time, effective end of billing period; setup fee refundable within X days if no material use) before relying on this page commercially.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no use that infringes anyone else's rights.
- No attempting to bypass workspace access controls or access another organisation's data.
- No feeding the drafting workflow personal or special-category data beyond what your own lawful basis and the product's stated boundaries allow — see each solution's “what it won't do” on its page.
Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and enquiries you submit into your workspace. You give us permission to process that content solely to provide the service to you (including generating AI drafts) — we don't use your workspace content to train models or for any other customer's benefit.
Liability
We provide the service “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. [to confirm] — a proper liability cap and any sector-specific carve-outs (e.g. for council/health customers) should be set with a solicitor.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for a clear breach of these terms, or for non-payment, with notice where reasonably possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and tell active subscribers of any material change.
